The Red Door House is beautiful. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Very nicely decorated.

The host had amazing and quick communication. The property was very accurate compared to the listing. The neighbor was quiet and in the morning we were able to walk over to Lake Hollingsworth and walk around it. Very conveniently located. The host had a small selection of games and we were very interested in the bird game, but we didn't have time to play it with only staying one night, but we will be buying it for home. The only negatives were very inconsequential. The shower had to be set towards cold to come out hot. And, as a personal preference I don't like any lights on at night and the light by the fridge right outside of the room stays on. My boyfriend tapped them and messed with them a little to get hem to go off, but I were there in my own, I would not have figured it out. I would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend.

This is a nice 1 bedroom bnb within a very quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well stocked with necessities for a brief stay. We went shopping for groceries twice during our stay and had no need to purchase anything "extra" for cooking utensils (as I have had to in a few other bnb locations). It was easy to contact Edgar if we did need something. He would get right back to us quickly. If we need a bnb in Lakeland again, I would be content yo rent here. Thank you for a great stay.

We have a daughter at Florida Southern College, so the location could not have been better situated for visiting with her and also being close to Lakes Morton and Hollingsworth, as well as downtown (farmers market, Harry's, etc.). The space was all ours, was very clean, and well-equipped had we wanted to cook meals. The TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) had streaming services already available (or we could have logged into our own accounts). It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and the shower was modern and wonderful (huge rainfall shower head along with separate hand-held wand). We will likely return the next time we're in town! Edgar was also very responsive and friendly when trying to communicate re: check-in, etc.

Awesome Neighborhood and Comfy House

This location is excellent for seeing all Lakeland has to offer. The neighborhood is great, lots of dining nearby, and so many cozy amenities. The coffee maker was stocked, water was hot, bed was comfy and the entire stay was just lovely.

Excellent little place for a quiet get-a-way

Came to Lakeland for a convention at the RP Funding Center, this place was perfectly located, was extremely comfortable, and had everything I needed for my trip. Location is close to everything you’d need and accommodations were great. Host responds to messages right away.

Red🚪House in Lakeland

We had a great stay! The house was clean and decorated cute. It was in a good location and easy to find. The owner had great communication, he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was perfect for me and my husband. We will definitely book again when we are in town.

Red Door Stay

As a single woman I needed a place to sleep and shower and didn't want a hotel. I felt very safe in this area and the house was cute. I appreciate the great communication I had with the host.

Red Door House

The Red Door House was a great property and fit perfectly with what we needed on our first to Lakeland. Edgar was welcoming, and willing to answer any questions we had. The neighborhood was charming, great access to anything you might need, very walkable. The house was quiet and had everything we needed. We will not hesitate to stay again next time we are in town!

An okay stay

Ok accommodations. The space was fine. In general, it felt like most of the items were cheap.The bedsheets were a synthetic fabric and were very hotThere wasn’t a traditional lock on the bathroomAnd the bath mat was very cushiony which felt gross on terms of what it would absorbIt was really close to Florida Southern campus which was great for our visit
