"Overall the apartment was great: nicely kitted out with separate living area from bedrooms. It is centrally located so not in a quiet area but very convenient too (5 mins to nearest lift, station, bus stop). Only issue I had was getting a broken key card on arrival."

"Everything was excellent: the room was warm and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a wide range of cold and hot food, the location was perfect (just set back from the main road and only a few minutes from the railway and bus stations)"

"The hotel was in a good location. The service staff, particularly the receptionist and restaurant staff were not friwndly or accommodating. We had purchased breakfast with our room reservation. When we checked we were told breakfast was available till 11 am. We came to the restaurant at 10.35 am were curtly told that breakfast was done, though we could have coffee. The staff the. Proceeded to charge us for even the coffee. The staff were available and there were very few guests around- we felt we could have been accommodated. The prior evening too we found the same staff to be not welcoming at dinner time. Did not leave us with good feeling and will likely choose a different hotel the next time we visit."

"Clean room, good shower. Parking is available if you ask at hotel Romantic. Lovely roof terrace. I didn’t like the self check in by computer as we couldn’t get the English to work. To be fair a reception came through from Romantic to help. I would stay there if we came back rather than the Fish. The hallway smells strongly of fish from the restaurant. You need to get control for the air con from the romantic reception. There was something not right with ours as it made a really awful booming noise every few minutes we had to switch it off and we didn’t sleep well because of this."

"This was a tough one. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is situated out on the point and you get a clear view of the mountains. The rooms are somewhat dated as it is an older hotel. I would give it a 4.5 and although I like modern hotels, I would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was really helpful, no complaints about that but I had a terrible night. It was really hot at night and the room temperature controller wasn't working, I had to open the window and then there was noice of cars on the main road. Whole night I was switching between opening and closing window due to noice and hot weather, not sure when I slept but it really impacted me."
