This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again.

Liked: lovely spacious apartment with an enclosed balcony overlooking the lake. Well equipped and clean. Great location for Zell am See and surrounding area. Didn’t like: One of the bedrooms and the open living space do not have blinds on roof windows which are directly above the bed ‘ sofa beds so the rooms were bathed in light at 5am. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Next to train station and crossing, loud crossing signal and trains through the night/early am.

Mkt bra läge med parkering. Enkel in och utcheckning. Välutrustat. Om du är väldigt känslig för ljud är det bra att veta om att man bor nära järnvägen. Den låter lite men vi vande oss fort. Enda negativa vi tyckte var att lamporna i badrum och dusch reglerades med rörelser och att man fick gå in och ur duschen för att se. Wifi skulle varit inlogg via vanlig router istället för webbsida.

Great Family or Couples Apartment with Super View!

Excellent, wonderfully located apartment right next to the Central Walking area of Zell Am See. The apartment was very spacious, especially if you need lots of room. Very clean! The check in people were wonderful and helpful. 2 bedrooms, a heated shower room, (toilet room is separate), a large kitchen, dining room, and living room. Fantastic view of the lake! Very secure. Yes, the train tracks are right next door but the trains are electric and very short. It was not a factor at all. Grocery store and train station are a 3 minute walk! Lovely sun balcony. The WiFi was perfect! We definitely are happy with everything that we got in this apartment and would rent it again the next time we are in Zell Am See.
