Had to pay deposit for the air conditioning remote which was odd. Then needed to take back to reception and received money back in cash. Otherwise great stay. Parking and check in information was communicated well in advance.

Very central and good breakfast. Missed having an in person reception, so would possibly avoid this hotel in future and choose the linked hotel with the reception. It’s worth being aware that this is on a busy dining street with a nice evening buzzy vibe - so some people may find it too noisy.

We order a room with AC. It doesn't work! We also had problems with checking in with their automat. It seems that the hotel has less people working there than normal. In breakfast it there empty for everything.

Clean room, good shower. Parking is available if you ask at hotel Romantic. Lovely roof terrace. I didn’t like the self check in by computer as we couldn’t get the English to work. To be fair a reception came through from Romantic to help. I would stay there if we came back rather than the Fish. The hallway smells strongly of fish from the restaurant. You need to get control for the air con from the romantic reception. There was something not right with ours as it made a really awful booming noise every few minutes we had to switch it off and we didn’t sleep well because of this.

The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all. The AC mentioned was not working properly and placed under the desk when we told that it was not working we were asked to open the windows as we did the street was a loading trucks area, was supper noisy started from 6 am morning time We booked three nights it was not comfortable at all. The staff were friendly but the manager lady was so rude and not well educated in hospitality. Hotel parking 12 Eros per night, to be able to use the AC u have to 10 euros for the remote control.

Meine Tochter (9Jahre) und ich haben für eine Nacht einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt und sind sehr begeistert. Vor allem meine Tochter fand das "Wasserwelt"-Thema designtechnisch sehr gut umgesetzt und wäre gerne länger geblieben. Ich finde super, dass die Zell am See Kaprun Card inklusive ist und die Preise in der Nebensaison sehr sehr fair. Alles weitere auch topp. Wir kommen wieder.

Ligger precis vid en av gågatorna med utsikt både mot berg och mot sjön. Oerhört centralt. Personalen var generellt trevlig och hjälpsam. Kul att hotellets inredning är lekfullt utifrån hotellnamnet. Lätt att parkera på systerhotellet, bra samarbete mellan de hotellen. Eftersom det ligger precis i centrum kan ljudnivån ibland bli lite hög. Hotellet gav oss gratis sommarkort vilket bl.a. innebar att vi kunde åka tåg och buss gratis, bada, åka linbana, delta på olika äventyr gratis eller med rabatt.

An sich ein schönes Zimmer (102) aber Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und macht einen Höllenlärm. Bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur ein No Go. Zudem muss man sich die Fernbedienung für die Klima am Automaten für 10 Euro ziehen. Wo gibt es denn sowas? Umständlicher Check-in, Personal spricht kaum deutsch. Schade, an sich ist das Haus nett gemacht.

Das Hotel besitzt leider keine Rezeption mehr, sondern wird alles über das Partner-Hotel oder Check-In Kiosk abgewickelt. Der Check in Kiosk hat meine Pre-Paid Zahlung nicht gespeichert, so dass ich Glück hatte an der Rezeption im Partnerhotel das Thema klären zu können. Ansonsten ein solides Hotel inmitten der Stadt. Frühstück war gut, Personal sehr freundlich.

O hotel é super bem localizado, mas com a janela aberta fica barulhento à noite. O quarto era amplo e o chuveiro muito bom, assim como a cama. Infelizmente o processo de check in não é claro (o email vem em alemão e não tem recepção). O totem de check in é dentro do prédio já, e eu fiquei um tempão do lado de fora tentando digitar a senha até ligar para o interfone e lá em cima também tive dificuldades. Mas a equipe foi bem prestativa uma vez que foram contatados. Café da manhã bom.
