"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."

"The Riad was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for during our week in Marrakech. The Nashira suite was not big enough for our family of four, and unfortunately all other rooms were booked. The suite was also not very clean- the carpets had a strange smell to them. The staff were amazing and would be the only reason I would consider returning."
