"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff, including Fatima Ezzarha, both our drivers, everyone working at breakfast and generally around the hotel were so kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel. We've stayed at many riads in Marrakech and the breakfast is stunning and absolutely unrivaled. We will definitely be back! "

"We stayed at the property for four nights and truly enjoyed the attentive and kind staff. They were helpful when you needed them and wouldn't push their services, unlike a lot of businesses in Marrakesh. There is a great terrace on the top floor to enjoy the view when you are back from exploring. The only thing I recommend if you are booking this property is request their help with finding their property the first day since cars can't go inside the medina and drop you off a five-minute walk away from them. Google Maps will be confused. It can be them booking a special taxi who will walk you to the property or some other arrangement. "

"Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful place , excellent service , attentive staff . Had to add a night on a weather related emergency. We were going from Fez to Merzouga and got caught in a snowstorm. We decided to turn around and go to Marrakech and so booked last minute . Staff was wonderful. Checked us in at midnight . Breakfast was super and room was beautiful . Spa looks amazing . We are coming back in a couple of days "

Merci à tout le monde: Zoubair pour sa sympathie et qui m’a aidé depuis la réservation de tour ainsi que les transferts jusqu’au riad, merci à Hanane pour sa gentillesse et ses bons petit-déjeuners ainsi que merci à Naïma, que j’ai rencontré à leur hostel soeur (le Pikala) lors d’un de mes dîners, pour son amabilité sans pareille! La chambre était coquette, le riad est très bien situé dans la medina, le patio est charmant et bien abrité. Le seul hic est la mauvaise réception de la wifi dans la chambre mais c’est bon de se déconnecter. Je recommande chaudement ce riad si vous voulez vous sentir bien accueillis."
