"Comme l’hôtel est situé dans le vieux secteur , les voitures ne sont pas autorisées à circuler,. Ce dernier offre un service de transport privé pour l’aéroport incluant un accompagnement à pied jusqu’à l’hôtel pour le volet non accessible en voiture. Le tout moyennant un coût entre 15 et 20 euros par transport. Ceci est facilitant et rend l’arrivée et le départ très facile et sans traqua. A titre informatif, cela n’a pris que 1 minute pour trouver le chauffeur qui m’attendait à la sortie de l’aéroport à mon arrivée"

"Lovely and peaceful place in the middle of the bustling and chaotic medina. We had room #1 on the ground floor which was large and very nicely decorated, albeit with a somewhat awkward sunken bath tub integrated into the floor in the middle of the room. Watch out if you visit the toilet during the night! We also liked the roof terrace and the breakfast! They also have a small pool there but we didn't use it. Note that as the hotel is in the middle of the medina, you can't access it by taxi. Hence when you arrive, you should call the hotel and they will send someone to trolley your luggage the ~350m from the main road. That said, the location is very central and very close to the Le Jardin Secret and Dar El Bacha. Would we stay again? 100%."

The riad is perfectly located inside the Medina, close to the souks and main attractions, yet it remains a peaceful and relaxing place away from the crowds. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Ahmed, Naiima, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. The riad has a beautiful and authentic Moroccan atmosphere, allowing you to truly experience the local culture. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was one of the highlights of each day. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with great care. We highly recommend Riad Dar Lalla to anyone visiting Marrakech. Do not hesitate to book this riad. Thank you, Ahmed, Naiima, and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return one day!"

"I'm not the biggest fan of hotels, but Riad Raffaele was one of the best I have ever stayed. An oasis of calm, peace and tranquillity. The service was some of the best I have ever received on holiday. Thoughtful, informative, and very helpful. I even had a massage there. "One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers."
