"Staff support was absolutely lacking. 0 client orientation and poor training on restaurants. We have to call 5 times to get shampoo in the room and although we pay all inclusive, at the end of our stay the bar man at the library bar asked us to pay…. Worst stay in a hotel. Do not stay here, plenty of options in Zanzibar, Melia should not be rated as a 5 starts hotel. "
