Beautiful room with everthing we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely air conditioned after being outside in the hot sun. Handy coffee machine for the morning coffee. Felt like being in a palace.

Dirty and misleading photos
When we arrived the apartment, we found dirt in toilet and reported to the host. The host said it is not a hotel and implied I should not have such high expectations on hygiene. The apartment name included “hotel” and photos are misleading. I didn’t expect there is no privacy for bathroom and the toilet is separated a bit far away from sink. There is no proper desk and chair for you. Absolutely, I am deeply disappointed about it.

Dear guest,We are also very disspointed by you and by all the insolts and lies you wrote here.To begin with and reply to this review which i rarely do, the words host said was a complete lie because if anyone with the least sense of bussines said such thing, would probably soon get out of business in general.The apartment doesnt have any indications as hotel and we have no reason to ever say anything else other than that.To explane this i would say common knowledge, out of 100% of all the hotels in the entire world, each one, a 100% of them contains the word hotel in their name.The name of this property is Zara Palace - design rooms.The words speak for themselves.On our selling channels says GUESTHOUSE managed by a private person.Also the sink is exactely 40-50 cm from the toilette door, exactely like on the photo you posted.And to your attention, the chair is under the table by the tv.Hardly possible not to notice.We have appologized and took care of the situation that unfortunately happened.Things happen in life , bad ones too.But i believe it wasnt neccessary to insolt and trying to disscredit us in this way.But i guess, thats on youAnyway, thank you for coming and staying with us

Excellent room condition - updated and modern; excellent level of cleanliness - so nice when you’ve been traveling (and all too rare); incredibly helpful and kind owners/managers - so accommodating and made my stay so much easier. I never write reviews, but this place deserves it - would absolutely stay here again or recommend to friends! Thank you! :)

Fabulous rooms in the heart of Zadar!
Fantastically positioned within the Walls of Zadar, the hotel provided the ideal position for us to explore the town. Despite its location in a busy part it was not noisy at all. The bed was fantastically comfortable and we both slept really well. I would highly recommend staying at the Zara palace. A particular mention for Kristina, the representative. Kristina most quite superb in her communication skills and facilitated our stay to suit our requirements. I cannot speak highly enough of her and I would encourage you to experience Zara palace rooms yourself.

Great location in old town Zadar. Cute and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in process. Just FYI, it didn’t bother us, but because it is so central, you do hear some street noise (people talking, church bells, music from bars etc.)

Zara Palace was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in! The interior design and unique decor was spectacular! It was very posh and they had thought of perfect little touches. Kristina was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was just so. We had the pleasure of meeting our cleaning lady. She helped us with luggage storage, helped us call our car rental place, walked us down to where Uber stand was and was beaming when we complemented her on how beautiful and clean our room was. She was truly proud & passionate about her work! Such a beautiful person 💚

Zadar jewel!
Really awesome place to stay. Located perfectly! The only knock and it’s not really a knock is that the room could be a bit bigger. Other than that, fantastic!!!

Gorgious but loud
Absolutely beautiful accommodations in the heart of the old town BUT don’t plan on getting much sleep as the street below is VERY loud with pedestrian traffic all hours and the church bells start ringing at 7:00am and just keep going...

A gem in the heart of the old city
Amazing location and designer room. I would advise to anyone. Please take note that rooms in the hotel are rather small. But found it very comfortable and well designed for holiday makers.

The property is in the heart of the city, great location. However it was slightly hard to find through a small doorway and on the second floor with no lift. The rooms are comfortable and so beautifully decorated. Loved all the detail in the design. The beds and pillows for me were very uncomfortable but my other half was happy with them. Each to their own. Didn’t have any experience with any staff expect via messages, they were helpful and answered any questions. Would recommend!

Close to restaurant, noise till late, people walk by at night beneath our window talk loudly, had not slept two nights there. Room tiny nowhere to put luggage, claim to offer view, no view at all!!!

Great place to stay
Great place to visit, the staff was extremely helpful when my GPS didn't show exactly where the flat was. They came out to meet us and walk us to the flat. It was very modern, clean and well apportioned. It was located in the heart of restaurants, historical sites, museums, and everything including the beautiful water front.

Modern comfort in historical centre
Once inside, you would not think yourself to be in an old house in a historical city. The room and corridor are very nice decorated and the room has all modern facilities, including a Nespresso-like coffee machine. Excellent and responsive contact with host/reception via WhatsApp with photos directing you to hotel. A member of staff showed up promptly at preferred time to let us in. All smooth and done in a relaxed and informal way. From your doorstep you are right onto the old narrow streets with restaurants, coffee bars, shops and everything else Zadar Old Town has to offer with a pleasant walking distance.

Petar was very helpful with checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. He gave me useful information for my travels. The room is spacious, clean and quiet yet close to the old city and the waterfront.

Old town Zadar wounderfoul.
Ok Det var designat för att vara fint, designen hade tyvärr inte kommit till sängarna/bäddarna. Visst har man legat i sämre under alla resor. Priset är alldeles för högt med tanke på säsong och efterfrågan. Service? Ja var fanns den . WiFi utlovades men fanns inte i rum 13 längst in i korridoren, den fanns däremot i entrén en trappa ned, men för vem.
