"The hotel is in the very heart of Sofia, close to the main Station and many landmarks. It was really easy to move around and a safe area too. Vitosha Bulevard is just 2 minutes down the road, full of restaurants and shops. The room was excellent, spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was heaven and they use an outstanding brand for their gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Shout out to the girls in the bar at night, very patient and handling diffiuclt customer with so much grace. Thanks to all the staff that made me feel so good on my birthday and treated me like a princess. Thanks all, I will be back for sure!"

"Absolutely terrible, Hotel I will not stay there anymore. The service is horrible. It’s dirty everything it’s out of date. The only nice thing there was a nice Ferrari 4x4 and that it is nothing else, After I went I stayed in Hilton and Hilton. It’s hundred percent better Cleaner brand-new, excellent service, the stuff it’s very communicative. You cannot compare between Hilton. "

"Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from. Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future."

"TV programs and signal, hot water flow (hot water starts running 10-15 min after turning the tap/shower, hence had to take rather cold showers), lights in the room weren't good enough to provide sufficient brightness during dark hours of the day. "

"Room properties were not enough. Very bad pillows, couldn't sleep well 2 night due to the very soft pillows and after we asked they couldn't serve better ones. No slippers, no toothbrush.. for evertthing you need to call and order.. not like other luxury Hiltons. Location is perfect no problem and service was good, breakfast was satisfied."
