"This was a beautiful classic property in the center of the city and the front desk was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. On this 6 night stay we only had the room cleaned one time and this was less than satisfactory. As the room was warm we requested an extra flat sheet for each twin bed. This would allow us to sleep cooler. When we returned that afternoon the flat sheets were missing and dirty towels were still on the shower floor. A call to the front desk brought the sheets and I chose to make the beds myself. While making the bed I discovered a stained mattress. I think we were both put off by this"

"We only stayed here for 1 night because we came back from a trip to turkey and was flying out of Bulgaria. But this hotel was very convenient. Great and helpful staff. Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and got upgraded to a connecting room, our room had a queen bed and the connecting room had a double bed, it was perfect for all of us"

"The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!"

"Spacious apartment located in nice Sofia neighborhood perfect for family/group travel. The pictures, which are accurate, really can't show the size/scale of the space offered. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two lanais, there's plenty of room to spread out. There's also a nice view of Mt. Vitosha. It's easy to access as it's located between two metro stops that are a short walk away and tram/bus service in between. There are plenty of local shops/restaurants that make this a convenient place to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have a washing machine. Dee is an amazing host! Check in/out was very smooth. She kept in touch with us at every step and provided tons of useful information and recommendations. The overall value is amazing. We would definitely stay there again!"
