"Excellent stay"

"Probably the easiest check-in experience ever. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were bigger than I thought. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staffs were very nice. They recommended me to a good ramen restaurant."

"Love this hotel"

"Location of the property great ..for walking to and from from the FICC. The rooms are pretty tight for 2 people with international luggage..the bathroom was particularly tiny .. No breakfast or any cafes/ restaurant onsite was not helpful"

"Staff was super helpful, easy access to many local shops. Easy access to train station.Bed was a bit uncomfortable."

"Great place to stay!"

"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. Bad: - Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"We enjoyed out time. Simple hotel, decent location. Loved the matcha muffins at breakfast"

"10 to 15 minutes walk to Hakarta station, accommodation is clean and new Two large double beds ad one single bed is perfect for three of us "

"Check in was a little confusing. Bathroom outdated, with broken faucet. Family room was really dark even with lights on. Overall it’s ok for the price and comfortable stay"
