If you want to be in the middle of the busy Fukuoka city centre, this hotel can serve that purpose. It was suitable because of how convenient it is to any and all parts of Fukuoka city.

Very good location and convenient to public transport and walking distance to major shopping hotspots. The facilities are modern and stylish. However as this is an apartment hotel service is limited especially for cleaning. One merit to mention is that each room is equipped with a washing/drying machine and thus save space for extra clothes, but the minus is that the pantry doesn't have any cooking utensils (cooking knife, pots, cutting board, crockery, cutlery, dish washing liquid etc.) except an electric kettle, tea cups and spoons, and if you want to do some very basic cooking like cooking an instant noodle you have to rent a saucepan or pot or chopsticks from the reception. This was an experience different from what we jad visited other chain apart hotels. To be fair then other hotels you jave to share washing and drying facilities in public laundry.

I did not take advantage of the breakfast service, but my room was quiet and cozy. The water pressure is a real treat, as well as having an in-room washer dryer! Staff were helpful. It’s close to all kinds of interesting things, and a half hour or less’ walk to Hakata station (if you don’t want to take the 地下鉄🚇).

Nice budget hotel for a comfortable short stay in Fukuoka. Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and bars nearby. About a 25-minute walk from the central train station (going to Nagasaki, and other nearby cities), Canal City area, and the mall with the Pokémon Center. Room was clean, well-kept, and reasonably sized (by Japan standards lol). Staff was polite and helpful. Not a fancy hotel (no real amenities), but great value for the price, perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring.

We usually stay at a Tokyu Stay location and are always happy with our experience. What was amazing on this trip was that the Hotel Manager helped us flag down a van taxi when he noticed we were having trouble reserving one. He walked up the street and came running back with a taxi for our size group and helped us load the bags. What awesome service!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!

A low key modern Japanese style hotel with the perfect setup for a longer stay by those who prefer to be self sufficient travelers. The Japanese sized hotel rooms include a large combined washer/dryer unit for which the laundry detergent is provided for. They also come with a small fridge, a microwave, a small kitchen sink and kitchen counter. Additionally, a kitchen kit, consisting of an induction hotplate, a medium sized pot, a knife, a ladle, a cutting board and a scrubbing pad can be obtained from the front desk. Most, if not all, of the department stores adjacent to the hotel have wonderful grocery stores in their basement level, with, as is typical in Japan, everything already beautifully packaged in small sizes appropriate for Japanese small kitchens as well as lots of fully prepared meals. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet in their ground floor restaurant, which, though with a smaller offering than that at some other hotels, still makes for a fine Japanese style breakfast with a rotating assortment of Japanese breakfast items. Note that for the longer stays, the rooms are made up once weekly, with an included daily towel exchange service. For our culturally immersive travelling style, this hotel perfectly met our needs.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!
