I had a very pleasant stay at Nest Hotel Hakata. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of Hakata Station, making it easy to get around Fukuoka and beyond. I will stay here again.

The hotel was located close to the station so it was convenient to access. However, the room was too small for five. The breakfast area was too cold so we needed eat quickly and left right away. They didn't have hot drink except coffee, so kids were freezing.

Perfect location. Very short walk (can go underground too) to Hakata Station. Easy link to MTR line and stations. Reasonable size room, not as tiny as standard Japanese business hotels. Hotel and room is in good condition. Staff very friendly. Free water and one free drink at cafe daily. Very happy about our stay at Nest Hotel.

The room and bed are relatively small, but the environment is quiet, and it's not far from the Hakata eki station.

2 Nights stay at Nest Hotel Hakata

The size of our twin room on the 10th floor was reasonable but slightly tight for 2 medium size suitcases. Room condition was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location of hotel was convenient-only 5 minutes walk to Hakata Station West exit.

This hotel is located so close to Hakata Station that you can get anywhere you need to go to. It’s also close to a lot of temples and malls that are walkable. The staff are very nice and even help me ship a couple of packages. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!!

Friendly and helpful front desk but the room is not very clean and the bathroom has odour smell and the wall of the room has coffee or food dirt on it.

Generally clean. But there is hair found on the bed on the first day right after checked in. There is also smoke smell from the vent in the bathroom, and mold on the bathtub wall as well.

Adequate but a little disappointing

Room is small but adequate, the bathroom is a typical Japanese prefabricated bathroom but the toilet is smaller than any I've ever experienced and uncomfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner in some of the details. The lobby and reception is very designerly, but it is untidy with stickers and notices stuck in various places. The hotel is very conveniently located and adequate but a little disappointing compared to another Nest that I stayed in at Incheon. Perhaps they are not related.

This is a decent hotel for those on a budget, except we didn't even get budget prices during the December holiday season. Therefore, I don't feel the prices made sense for the experience. The hotel looks much cleaner in the photos. The walls and carpet were a bit dirty, but all else seemed cleaned. The room is tight, so it's hard to leave a large suitcase opened up, but it worked for us. As a couple, we stayed in a twin (2 bed) room. The location, however, is fantastic! It's a short walk to a conbini, Hakata station, and eateries nearby. The staff is also friendly and nice. Other perks: The hotel has 2 laundry machines. They also give free coffee/tea, but it starts at 11:30am, so we were only able to get it once.

綺麗で場所も便利な所にありいいと思います。客室のシャンプーリンスボディソープ、洋服にかけるスプレーがコシノジュンコさんのでシャンプーリンスは物凄い良かったです。ハンドソープは別の会社でしたがこれもいい匂い。フロントで貰える基礎化粧品あるともっといいなぁ。オススメのホテルです。

部屋の空調が効かなく暑かったが、部屋を変えて貰えたことは良かった。しかし、変えてもらってエアコンは良かったが、次は冷蔵庫が故障していてこちらも交換してもらったが、部屋でゆっくり過ごす時間がだいぶ削られてしまい残念でした。毎年真夏に旅行に行くが、いつもエアコンの効きが悪く、今回はホテルで安心だろうと期待をしていましたが、今回も期待はずれでした。もう少し部屋のサイズにあった空調設備にして頂き、快適な旅行が出来るようにして頂けたらと願います。
