"入ってまず気になるのは、机の上が清掃されていないことだった。お風呂には座る椅子がなかったので、近くのイオンで購入した。他の口コミにもあるように、一部コンセントとの距離が遠いところがあるが、延長コードがリビング机のの引き出しに備え付けられているので、そこは問題なかった。それ以外は十分に満足できた。駐車場は昼は台数はほぼ0だが、夜になると結構な台数が停まっている。"

"FINDING YOUR WAY THERE : Level 2, Domestic Departure, right after Gate E. Room was surprisingly big. Housekeeping can be better. Onsen located outside the hotel, in the mall. Free breakfast was decent. Staff friendly. Being located at the airport itself is the biggest advantage. Will definitely stay again when I revisit Hokkaido."

"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific Fitness Center. A wonderful room with plenty of space to actually unpack (sometimes rare in Japanese hotel rooms), comfortable bedding, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Breakfast revolved around locally grown food. It was both tasty and interesting. My guess is that the place really shines during ski season with its spa, fireplace in the central bar area and location. Only downside was that there is construction going and the hotel parking lot would only hold perhaps 15 cars. With it not being ski season during our visit, the hotel was using the ski lift parking loft a couple blocks up the hill to handle overflow."
