"Perfect for our large family's river holiday. Beautiful views of the river and wonderful accessibility to the boat from the jetty for water activities while the well maintained, beautiful lawned area was where we spent a great deal of our time.Was very impressed with the supply of staples in the kitchen, provided by both the owners and previous guestsWe experienced extreme heat on one day of our stay and extreme wind the next which tested the amenities. The many rooms and activities passed the test, although the main airconditioner struggled to cope.One disappointment was the lack of a few things - the promised beach towels and usable darts for the dartboard among them. And while there was plastic drinkware available for wine, some glassware would have been appreciated.But they are minor things for a property at which we had a wonderful family time and would be keen to do so again.
