Lot lays very well with gradual slope and is an easy short walk down to the lake. Lake can also be accessed by walking around from the rear of the house to avoid stairs if needed.

We are located about a mile from the Ridges Marina if you would like to rent a boat during your stay. We are also located about a mile from a public boat ramp off of Red Banks Drive if you care to bring your own boat.

Home is well maintained to remain in good repair with pressure washing of home and dock, pest control, timely A/C air filters changes, and lawn care.

We have online booking for your convenience. Please ensure that you have read and can comply with our rental policies before making a booking request.
