"The staff were very helpful and greeted my family with open arms. I asked for a room upgrade but they reassured I booked the best room. The superior suite was our favorite stay in Japan. We will definitely come back to this establishment. "

"We loved the 2nd floor lounge that guests had access to, even though our room was a generous size. It was equipped with toasters, microwave, filtered water, soft drinks, and hot drinks. Our breakfast was delivered to our room each day in little bento boxes - we chose to eat in the aforementioned lounge. The hotel has a wonderful modern Japanese vibe, the rooms were very stylish. The on-site Onsen was very nice after a long day sightseeing. The hotel is very conveniently located for very easy access to Nara Park adjacent to Sarusawa Pond. There is even a Starbucks on site for those need it (even though there’s free coffee upstairs)."
