YORK City - Unique Luxury Apartment - Coffee Yard

This grade II listed building is very unique and has beautifully been restored. It is in a great location right in the heart of YORK city centre, seconds away from the Minster Cathedral. It is situated just off York’s main shopping street Stonegate. The flat is very authentic with windy stairs, floorboards and lovely exposed beams everywhere. It is very special and a unique place to stay, ideal for a special occasion or for couples or families that wish to stay right in the centre of town.

Coffee Yard Apartment has recently been lovingly restored to bring it back to life. It was a derelict building with so much potential.
This luxury apartment is over two floors. The first floor has a huge lounge area and a gorgeous kitchen. The second floor has a beautiful bathroom and two lovely comfortable bedrooms. The property also has a private courtyard with seating.
