We loved it here!

The house was perfect for us, great size bedrooms and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop was just round the corner and had frequent services into the City Centre. The host was very responsive and acted quickly when we had a minor problem.

Great Stay, we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was lovely, the beds very comfortable and the main bathroom was huge. Very tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a city break. Pleasant walk into York ( seemed to find a different route every day!) taking approx 18 mins.

Great place to stay in York

Really nice place to stay with comfy sofa's and more importantly comfy beds. Great shower as well! We stayed for two nights during our sons graduation weekend. It made the perfect base and was conveniently located for the walk into the city for the celebration meal and drinks. Only thing wrong was a dripping tap in the kitchen but this was a minor issue and certainly did not have an impact on our stay.

Great Boutique House

Another great stay in the York Boutique House, as usual it was clean and well presented. the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable and are plentiful in the house, enough for a large family. The WIFI is good enough to work from the house while the rest of the guest enjoy themselves in York, the location is good a 15mins into the city and all the local amenities on your doorstep.

Convenient property

Really lovely property no issues with check in and cleanliness. Only issue was no basic cutlery And wifi password seemed not to work but all was communicated on day friendly service would recommend
