Location good - easy 10 minute flat walk to city centre. Lots of stairs - top bedroom up two flights - hard with luggage. Spacious for a group. We had a couple of issues not able to be addressed during our short stay which made our visit disappointing.

We had a really lovely time staying at this property. It felt fresh and welcoming as soon as we arrived, and it was clear it had been recently renovated and finished to a great standard. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. The decor was lovely and gave the place a really warm feel. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. It was a fantastic stay and we would definitely return. Thank youuu!

We loved it here!

The house was perfect for us, great size bedrooms and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop was just round the corner and had frequent services into the City Centre. The host was very responsive and acted quickly when we had a minor problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was lovely, the beds very comfortable and the main bathroom was huge. Very tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a city break. Pleasant walk into York ( seemed to find a different route every day!) taking approx 18 mins.

Great place to stay in York

Really nice place to stay with comfy sofa's and more importantly comfy beds. Great shower as well! We stayed for two nights during our sons graduation weekend. It made the perfect base and was conveniently located for the walk into the city for the celebration meal and drinks. Only thing wrong was a dripping tap in the kitchen but this was a minor issue and certainly did not have an impact on our stay.

Lovely house, clean, modern, and in a great location. We didn’t have a tea towel, so we dropped a msg to York Boutique and within 10 mins a knock at the door and a tea towel was hand delivered. Impressive communication and instructions, would totally recommend
