Set across 3 floors, the apartment includes two bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub. Three bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge accommodate up to eight guests across the space. This fully furnished, character-filled home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of York's city centre. As with most vibrant historic locations, some evening street activity may be audible. Earplugs are provided for guests who prefer a quieter night's sleep.

Arranged over three floors, this charming home features a spiral staircase, it may not be suited to guests with limited mobility or young children.

Please note that vehicle access to the property is restricted due to city regulations in central York. Cars are permitted on the surrounding streets before 10.30am and after 5pm. If you are arriving and departing during the day by car, there are several nearby public car parks just a 5 minute walk away.

We are happy to welcome one well-behaved dog for a fee of £30 per stay. To make things easier, dog bowls, a dog bed and a towel are provided for your use. We kindly ask that dogs are house-trained, kept off all furniture, and not left unattended in the property at any time.
