  • SELF CATERING cottage on a SMALLHOLDING near York.DISABLED ACCESS MOBILITY LEVEL1 with wheelchair access. A single storey barn conversion (circa1850) The light and airy cottage, has a wet room. A bedroom with king size bed. A spacious open plan kitchen ,living ,diner with original beams and log burning stove with French windows onto the patio and garden. It has a double sofa bed and all the furniture is good quality . The property is cosy and comfortable with a delightful ambience AND NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN. The private garden has a flower border and a stone flagged seating area with patio table and chairs.Good road access to York,Whitby ,North moors,wolds & coast
    SAFE PARKING close to cycle routes and bikers welcome.Pets welcome at the owners discretion please describe your breed & size of dog..A fee of £5 pn per dog.
