Great overnight stay

Really pleased with my stay at The Falcon apartments. Great location, stylish, comfortable and well designed room, loved the kitchen area and very comfy bed. I would recommend to anyone visiting York for work or weekends and will stay again next time I'm in York.

Everything good quality, comfortable, convenient, and straightforward. Suggestion - somewhere to hang up a few clothes would be helpful (eg, simall wall rail with hangers). Excellent location for city and transport.

The first night we stayed was difficult as we had issues accessing the room however we were offered an extra day and apology and gifted items. We were supported throughout and the customer service was exceptional. We will be staying again.

Great location, as moat sites are walkable. Clean and bright apartment. Overlooked byneigjbour which was easily eectified with a blind. Not quite a black-out bkind but did the reick. Struggled to find the key safe initially. Re-read the instructions! Overall now I've been and know what to expect I will definately be visiting again.

Disappointed

Though the room with a kitchen area was very clear and had a good look, there were sub-standard issues. The bed was lumpy. There is exposed insulation in the kitchen just to the right of the stove and near the sink. Flooring strips are buckled; none of the buckles are tripping issues but could become so.

Customer Feedback on Service Delivery- Falcon Tap - Apartment 7

The room flooring needs upgrading and maintenance. Flooring sheets are coming off especially at the bathroom/ toilet area. Routine maintenance must carried out to keep the room in good shape for improved customer satisfaction. As our stay was long I was expecting the towels will be changed at least once and room cleaned. I am not sure if this your policy. Hope to hear from you.

Good location

Great location, room was very nice and clean just needs a bit of a tidy up as the door on the boiler was missing and the floor in the bathroom is coming up. The security lighting outside makes you feel you’re sleeping through the day; blackout blinds would help. It’s in a great area, Partisan, skosh, rattle owl are 3 great places to eat and the Ackhorne pub, falcon bar are great if you like Beer.

Excellent Accommodation

Good location near to the railway station and the centre of York. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and modern shower room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival with chocolate, biscuits and tea/coffee. The check in instructions were received the day before arrival and also contained a useful guide about the apartment, attractions in York, and some restaurant recommendations (we tried the Old Siam just around the corner as recommended and it was great). On the morning of arrival I received a text message confirming that the apartment was available for check in anytime which was very helpful. The only negative was that our apartment did not have a hanging rail/wardrobe or anywhere to store clothes during our stay.
