Stepless Ensuite Wooden Cabin in Stunning Location

The cabin is fully heated and insulated and includes a fully accessible ensuite bathroom/wet room, kitchenette containing toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, 2 ring hob and all crockery, cutlery, washing up equipment and pans.
Each wigwam has a TV, outside seating overlooking the lake and wheelchair accessible ramp into the cabin. Outside each cabin has a firepit/bbq
This cabin is also stepless and wheelchair friendly.
Logs and kindling can be purchased on site for the firepit.

A beautiful location

We have stayed here on a number of times and it just seems to keep getting better each time, the site has been set out to give a level of privacy to each pod, the pods are well equipped and the amount of wildlife is perfect, it can be a bit flyie between may and September, but there are a number of things put in place to reduce this along with fly screen ect, the BBQ fire pits make sitting out on a evening a must, the site is handedly placed for visits to York and elvington air museum.

Beautifully kept pods, lovely location.

The pods felt clean and well resourced with all essentials. The pods are beautifully sheltered from each other, making it feel private, peaceful and relaxing. The fire pit/BBQ was a great addition. We enjoyed the little walks around the woods, and listening to the neighbouring peacocks!

Absolutely wonderful 😁

From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc. I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app. I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊

Perfect

A last minute booking for a few days of peace and quiet in the country and Ball Hall Farm ticked all the boxes. Lovely pod, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location by the lake is stunning and the wooded area for walking through is just lovely, bird watching during the day bat watching at night a lovely space for the dogs too. Great to be able to bbq too. We will be back. Thank you.
