  • 10 Summerhouse Mews is a lovely ground floor apartment set within a small gated development, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre.

    The property has some unique features for a 1 bedroom, city centre apartment. There is a separate study room that's perfect for any remote working or catching up on emails when having a break from taking in the sights of York. The apartment bedroom features a double bed plus wardrobes and drawers.

    The lounge, kitchen and dining space is very light and airy and a comfortable place to spend time in. There is also an excellent private patio area right outside the lounge. A real rarity for a 1 bed property within the city centre.

    The bathroom features a bath with shower over.

    There is secure, allocated parking onsite for 1 car.
