  • Historic, Grade II listed ground floor apartment with a riverside location, recently renovated the apartment combines modern luxury and design with some quirky original features. It's city centre location makes it perfect for leisure or business.

    The open plan living area has lots of natural daylight and is the epitome of comfort, with everything you could need to make any stay a pleasure. The large double bedroom has a glorious comfy king sized bed and plenty of storage and again lots of natural light, the fully tiled shower room has a luxurious feel.

    The living room has a flat screen smart TV, DVD player and an Xbox so if there's nothing on the TV there's always games to play!

    The city centre location makes the apartment perfect for exploring York, with a great choice of restaurants, bars & attractions on your doorstep.

    Permit parking is included for 1 car in the nearby council car parks (approximately 5-10 minutes walk away).
