21C is on the first floor and has a bright open plan living space with large loft-style dining table for working and dining, a newly fitted kitchen, which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer-dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter coffee pods. In the living area is a large, comfy sofa with Smart HD TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Freeview Play (with catch-up TV). There are two double bedrooms (1x king bed, 1x double bed), both with a fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors and full-length mirror. They each have an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit. The other bathroom has a bathtub with shower over. The Hallway has storage for shoes and coats and is generously spaced. Exterior : Front yard cycle rack storage space to cater for those who wish to explore Yorkshire by bike! There is free on street parking in the neighbourhood! Even if you do not arrive by car there is an option to rent with Enterprise Car Club, which is only a 5 minute walk away.
