Light and Airy 2 Bedroom House approx 50 metres outside the historic bar walls and less than a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The property has free parking in a garage, in or outside of it. Its a comfortable place to stay with the city centre just around the corner, the train station is also just a 10 minute walk away.
The house has just been completely refurbished (Jan 18) and has a new kitchen, bathroom, beds, furniture, boiler etc etc. The house is just off Nunnery Lane and just 50 metres from Victoria Bar, its an easy walk into the city centre within 10 minutes or less.
Opening the from door gives access to a porch, this has Coat hooks and shoe storage to make your stay comfortable.
The living room is Large and Bright, there is a New LG 49" Smart LED TV, a Breakfast bar, New leather Sofabed, Coffee table, and a dining area with tables and chairs, its a comfortable room to relax in and FREE Wifi is included to make your stay enjoyable.
The Modern Kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, everything you'll need during your stay, including plates, pans, cutlery etc
The Main bedroom has a double bed, also in the room is a comfortable chair with table, wardrobe for clothes storage and a bedside table with reading lamp.
The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Single beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet and is bright and clean with plenty of space.
The bathroom has a P Shaped Bath with a good shower and plenty of water pressure to make your stay comfortable. Toiletries including Shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are included for all guests.
There are also Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors in the property to ensure your safety.

Walk out the gate and turn left and you are looking at one of the gates to the ancient city of York. Walking distance to shops, buses, city wall, and much more. We would stay here again.
Great place to stay. Near to the old city.Comfortable beds, nice tub with hot showers. Owner also gave a bottle of milk, tea/coffee and biscuits. There is Prime network which we enjoyed a movie after a day of walking with a cup of hot tea.Highly recommended for your stay in York.
The flat was very clean and was very well appointed. It was close to a lot of the attractions usually within walking distance. I would certainly stay there again.
Nice place, well located to amenities and about 15 mins walking distance to York attractions.Clean and modern interior, with everything you need on a city break. One note about the parking garage is that it is very convenient but on the narrow side. If you are not a confident parker or have an SUV you might find it tricky.
Had good communication throughout with owner who even sorted out the wi-fi issue before we even noticed an issue. Clean, comfortable, location on outskirts all good and garage parking was a plus
The house had everything needed for a short stay. Nice additional touches like boxes of tissues and house sliders for use made it above and beyond what you'd expect
Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was great to be able to lock the car up in the garage for a few days to go exploring on foot. Lovely responsive hosts

Lovely accommodation with thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee available and info on places to dine.
Extremely clean, milk in fridge was a plus and very spacious. We appreciated the proximity to the city wall and quiet neighborhood. A manual or map to parking garage would have been helpful but we would absolutely stay again and would recommend.
This was a wonderful apartment for my family if 4. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, and we're located in a nice neighborhood. The place is walking distance to the train station, groceries and restaurants, and many activities. We would for sure stay again!
Excellent location. Short walk to all tourist attractions, shops and takeaways. Superbly clean and in excellent condition. Perfect for a break in York.
We have stayed in this beautiful, clean and convenient home three years in a row and love it. Its perfect for walking into the city to see the sights, and has all the features you could wissh for, including a nearby garage for parking (although you might not fit a big car in there it was perfect for me). Would 100% recommend booking here, the owner is great to deal with as well.
