Permit parking for one car (provided free) is available on the street, and access to the building is via three shallow steps.
York Minster is less than a 10-minute walk, on the flat, with the historic city centre just beyond.
York Railway Station is also an easy 10-minute walk, across the river, via the newly upgraded Scarborough Bridge.
Bootham Luxury Apartments Flat 2 is our gorgeous one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this historic building. Entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable lounge area, with a luxury interior. We've provided a large sofa, that can be made into a super-king-size bed, providing ample space for two extra guests to sleep comfortably if required. The lounge also offers a Smart TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi for your stay.
The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use, and provides the perfect space for you to rest after a day exploring our beautiful city. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also provided.
The stylish, fully equipped kitchen area is complete with an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided. A dining area for four guests is provided, in which you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Fantastic Place
Absolutely loved this place, felt so luxurious and contemporary. Really calm space for me to do my work, so quiet and comfortable. Lovely that it was so close to the town centre but suprisingly quiet on a night. Would highly reccomend to friends and family, will return in the future.

Had a lovely couple of days in York. The location was great just 5 mins walk to the centre of York. The apartment was clean and very tastefully furnished and the bed was super comfy.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of York. Beautifully styled with lots of nice details. Quiet location and 10 mins walk to York centre. Cosy and warm with a lovely Christmas tree as an extra treat. Comfy sleep, everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of space and extra storage now in bedroom. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is fantastic really just a 10 minute walk to the city walls. There is so much to do near by and was very quiet and peaceful area. There were minor details which we have feedback to the hosts but honestly a really nice place - would recommend staying and would stay again.
