Bootham Luxury Apartments are our brand new development of luxury apartments located in a prime location in York City Centre.
The accommodation is truly luxurious and sumptuous, it is settled in a terrific location just a few minutes walk away from Bootham Bar, York Minster and all of the city's amenities.
Bootham Luxury Apartment Flat 3 is our gorgeous 2 Bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this magnificent building. Heading into this apartment you will find a comfortable lounge area with luxury interior. In the lounge you will find a large sofa comfortable sofa. The lounge also offers a smart Tv, and High Speed free wifi for your stay. This gorgeous proeprty offers 2 fabulous bedrooms, both of whcih offer a Kingsize bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use and a spacious area providing the perfect base for you to collapse after a day out exploring our beautiful city.
The Fully equppied Kitchen area provides a stylish interior and is complete with an electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave all for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided, a dining area for 4 guests is also provided to sit and enjoy your home cooked meal.
The bathroom contains a walk in shower. Inside the property you will find the luxurys of a hairdyer and ironing facilities, this property is located in a terrific area and is complete with high quality furnishings making it the perfect home from home property.

Really nice apartment and very clean and comfortable with everything for a short stay in York. Parking was fantastic and only a 7 minute walk into the city centre, York has so many great restaurants we didn't cook in the apartment although everything is provided should you choose to. Closer to York Central than expected, which was great! Perfect apartment for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. The occasional train passing wasn't a problem as they weren't that loud even with the window open. We were treated with a diesel locomotive with classic carriages on one of the days.

We loved this stay.

This property was gorgeous, it was everything we could have asked for. It was ideally placed, a short walk from everything really. It had parking for free on the street. The bedrooms were really comfy. It was very clean throughout and felt like home.

Absolutely amazing! Such an easy check-in, wonderful central location and right next to a Sainsbury's local and cash machine. We used the parking permit which was fantastic and easy to find a space to park. The rooms were large, spotless and comfy, with a well stocked kitchen. TV was slightly slow to load apps but we watched everything fine once on! Hosts were responsive and we didn't even have to take out the bins! 10/10 - will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped, this flat is a perfect place to stay in this beautiful city. It is a very easy walk into the historic centre with all its amenities and it is close to public transport links. It is also very quiet and peaceful. We're looking forward to staying again!

An excellent place to stay

This was our second visit to this apartment, and we were very pleased with it, as before, although we were disappointed that the view from the bay window has been obscured (presumably for privacy). It would be much better to provide retractable blinds, as the sun made sitting at the table unbearable when it streamed in during the recent hot spell. Previously we enjoyed looking out at our surroundings. The availability of parking is a very great benefit.
