This superb two-bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment is within Bootham House, a boutique residential development of luxury apartments in the heart of Bootham, the historic approach into York.
It offers top of the range fittings and stylish design features have been selected to complement the interior spaces .There is smart tv in the living room so you can log on to your Netflix and relax after a long day exploring York
The contemporary kitchens combine functionality with elegance, the latest fully-integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge /Freezer and boiling-water taps.
The bathrooms are modern and contemporary and have electric underfloor heating.
Both bedrooms in the apartment are king beds.
The building has lift access if needed and parking can be found in bootham row carpark over the road charged at £2.70 an hour or Mary gate is £13.50 per day 5 minutes away.
York Railway Station and York Minster approximately ½ mile

Great apartment, would book again

Had everything we needed, it was lovely inside and very well located close to everything you needed. Parking was a bonus and we had no issues getting a spot in the car park. Hosts were dead responsive and friendly on all correspondence, no complaints from us.

weekend stay in york

The apartment was perfect for our weekend break. We did use the sofa bed which was a great addition. The road is quite busy but it didn't bother us, we expected some noise being so close to the city centre. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the customer service was outstanding.

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay the location is perfect, so close to the the minster and hustle and bushel of York. Fab view from the apartment too. The property is very clean and high quality fixtures and fittings, we all thought the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great too. Would definitely stay again xx

Very clean well equipped apartment. Everything looks brand new like we were the first people staying there. There was only 2 of us staying so plenty of room for us. Location was perfect. Few minutes walk into town. You can see York Minster from the lounge window that’s how close you are! We got the train in so didn’t use the car parking space.

This apartment was beautiful. Really modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it ideal for our party. Lift access was handy. Parking was provided which is great for such a central apartment. The ladies in the office were all lovely, so willing to help and answer all my questions. We absolutely loved it.

Celebrate in style

Stayed to celebrate my daughters 18th. Easy to find good communication with York Lets. Bonus of having a lift. Very clean on arrival apartment spotless nothing missing everything high quality. Lovely view of minster. Beds comfy, showers good. Nothing to complain about.
