The rooms are a decent size, clean, and room temperatures were comfortable. 👍
The room size was perfect for my needs.
The staff that work here are incredible. 👏
I look forward to staying here again.
Great hotel. Staff are very pleasant and kind. They have packets of tea in the lobby with a huge selection! Jasmine, chai, green, red etc you name it. Spacious rooms although the bathroom is small.
The staff are excellent. 👌
Very helpful, inviting, and understanding.
Great amenities, a great selection of tea, and a great coffee/ hot chocolate machine.
The cleaning staff do a great job and leave you a bottle of water every second day.
Location is great because it's a five or ten minute walk to Fujisawa station. Plenty of places to eat nearby and also convenience stores.
If I'm in the area again, I would definitely love to stay here again. 🙂👍👍
The staff here are so amazing and helpful.
The hotel is perfect for my travels.
I can't say enough about the staff.
They all deserve an award. They're that awesome. 👌 👏 👍
Great hotel only about a 7 minute walk from the train station. My room overlooked the river which was a nice surprise. There are plenty of restaurants everywhere you look, and the 7-11 was right across the street which is great because restaurants don’t open until 10am. The room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Staff was great and they even let us drop off our luggage early, since you can’t check in until 3pm. Would definitely stay there again.
The capsule bunked beds were nice and neat, but mattress too firm for us American who are used to soft mattress. The room is small, but neat. Walkable to train station, convenient stores, and shops.
we lived in double bunk bed room. They put our room in front of the lift which can be a little noisy. The bathroom is pretty small. The room is clean.
Free coffee provided downstairs.
Noted that they only have one wash machine and a dryer which is limited. You can borrow their bike.
I found it a great alternative to stay here rather then in expensive Kamakura, which is only 30 min away for exploring. Staff was great an do was breakfast.
Really close to the trains station! fujisawa is a great area to be in. Not too far away from the more populated cities, and you're able to enjoy the beach towns near by. Definitely and underrated area to be in!
I wanted to experience the capsule hotel concept but I was traveling with my young daughter so two women traveling I thought best idea inside the hotel
Close from Fujisawa station but streets to get there are narrow and busy. But overall convenient location and clean and comfortable room for reasonable price.
Unfortunately this hotel is completely outdated. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s old, the corridors are creepy and the bathroom super old. Also located in an area where there is nothing close by, not even a 7/11! The people working there are extremely polite and nice - they definitely made my stay more enjoyable. Overall definitely not worth the money I paid in high season.
We stayed in a "capsule" room, which was essentially a room with bunk beds, with very hard mattresses. We booked it because it was listed as the least expensive option, but somehow or other, it was inflated up to more than any other hotel we stayed in, over 5 cities. This hotel is expensive for what you get.
