"The Pool costs money to use. This is not anywhere in the Expedia page and we found out about it because staff told us after we were already in the pool. We got out immediately but they still demanded that we pay. The expedia should be updated and they should let guests know when they check in to avoid this problem in the future. Overall the hotel was nice but the miscommunication was not appreciated. "

"The location is good The suite room is big and comfortable. The pool is small and you need to pay to enter the pool. The pool cafeteria includes only drinks and cookies. There is coin laundry in the hotel. It’s more expensive compared to the other hotels we have visited in Korea. We bought breakfast in the hotel. It was good - a lot of delicious and various food."

"The view was amazing!!! This hotel is on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor is Starbucks. The hotel desk is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are big. The bed is comfy. The shower is big and updated. This was a great stay. "

"They need to be much more clear about where to check in since it is a three building complex. Plus, adding a walkway from the buildongs to the main street would be helpful vs having to walk around so many parking lots or thru a dark alley. But it was clean and reasonably priced, I do recommend it. "
