"The property and room were clean and nice and the staff was kind but the bed was the hardest I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Huge dip in the middle of the mattress. Pillows are literally about 3 inches of what was probably foam at one time. The mattress and pillows probably should have been replaced years ago. honestly, I probably would’ve slept better in my car in the Walmart parking lot."

"Normally I dont got much to complain about but from the moment we got there the bathrooms were dirty early check in wasn't available who places like that and the about they charge we shouldn't have to wait till 4pm to check in are had a bad smell and some lights didn't work we also tryed eating at the dine in restaurant the food was sloppy and had hair in it Im requesting some kind of refund back"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was amazing, especially for the price. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Centralia area, and this one was by far the cleanest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. What really stood out was the staff. Every person I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. The breakfast was also great and was a perfect way to start the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I got much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Centralia. It will definitely be my first choice every time I come back. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!"
