"On the surface it would appear rustic, but that is not the case. The comforts included with this Tipi are wonderful. This is glamping at its best with the full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the dark night sky. Gary and Rachel provided pellets for the wood stove which was necessary for the chilly nights. Gary also responded to any question I had within minutes. Great trip!"

"Cute little suite. Full kitchen. One small snag, the front door was deadbolt locked when we arrived (unable to enter via keyless entry) and the owners had to come let us in. Response was prompt, they were there in 10 minutes. The place served our needs. No livingroom area but when its just where you're sleeping between adventures, that works out fine."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property and love Dolores and the surrounding areas. The house was perfect and had all the supplies we needed and the backyard was great for the dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the river and the river hikes, visiting Mesa Verde National Park, Durango and other areas. Our hosts Chris and Carlee were amazing and always available to answer our questions and recommend fun hikes and places to see. We can't wait to come back!"

"This A frame house is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I honestly wish we spent more time there. It’s decorated beautifully and is kept up so well. Super clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was the icing on the cake. We stayed here so we could go to Mesa Verde and it was the perfect location to do so. It’s also close to town. I totally recommend staying here."

"This is a property next to a home, but it’s away from the home. I personally liked the physical location. The apartment-it’s like an apartment attached to a garage-was outside of Cortez and looked out into a ravine. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. A great experience overall."

"Beautiful spacious house. Had a great stay with my family. Mark was great and very responsive! Our hot water went out the first night but Mark was able to get it fixed within an hour. This was the perfect house for our very large family. Definitely recommend"
