"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. "The hotel is located close to the train station in Toba. It has wonderful onsen and an outdoor pool. All the rooms have views of the waterfront. The buffets for dinner a breakfast are fantastic! The rooms are spacious and have extra futons, as well as 2 western beds. There was a massage chair and baking bath. I soaked and listen to the waves with a view of the bay."

"Fantastic. Wonderful resort property overlooking a bay. Peaceful, serene and scenic. The hotel will pick you up at the Toba train station and drop you off. For our purposes, it worked better when we rented a car for 24 hours so we could explore the Ise-Shima National Park and go do an Ama Hut about 30 minutes away. Pick ups and drop offs arranged ahead of time with the front desk. The best part of the hotel was the Onsen. When we were there, it wasn't crowded at all and the outdoor Onsen overlooks the bay. Large hot baths and a small cold plunge that wasn't too cold. It was just right for a quick cooling plunge. A couple of outdoor chairs to sit and dry off. The only thing to plan for is there is not a konbini close by so a car would come in handy. For late dinners, the train station is a 15 minute walk away. We found a sushi kaiten open til 10pm right by the station. Highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Toba"

"The exterior of the hotel building needed new paint and thorough cleaning. The garden and plants needed some serious trimming and maintenance. Otherwise the views were great, Onsen was big and all the artwork placed throughout the interior were museum quality."

"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second dinner and breakfast. Onsen is small but very nice and comfortable. Perfect after a long day around in Toba or the islands around. We loved our stay very much! Thank you!"
