ひとり旅の素泊まり。 窓から海,船、行き交う電車と飽きることなく見ることができました。 スタッフの方はとても温かく接してくださいました。湯加減は丁度良く、懐かしい和室で布団に寝転び 夜遅くまでテレビを観て、久しぶりにゆっくりできました。

昔ながらの風情がある旅館で大浴場もあり満足しています。建物が古いからか、外からフロントに入った際に「古い臭い」を感じました。臭いに敏感な方は嫌かもしれません。鳥羽駅前で立地は良く、徒歩圏内に居酒屋もありいいと思います。頑張ってください。

ゆっくりとできます

毎回食事には満足しています。 食事は、別室で家族でゆっくりとできました。グラスの汚れが気になりましたが、他は何も問題なく、是非また、利用させて頂きたいです。

外観は決してほめられるものではなく、内部も昭和感満載で古さを感じるものでしたが、汚いという感じはありませんでした。 食事は、朝夕とも部屋食で海産物がメインで質、量ともに満足できるものでした。 駅から近く、また真珠島や水族館も徒歩圏内でアクセスは最高です。

旅館的名字不是金波肯，是錦浦樓。所以一開始讓我找不到旅館。他位在鳥羽站4號出口，但4號出口没有電梯，去時我是扛著行李下樓梯，走過一條旁邊約有七、八間海產燒烤小店，找到到位在右邊對面馬路的飯店，但一開始以為是餐廳。回程我原計劃是走一段路繞著鐵路，穿過橋下平面道路，到1號出口坐電梯，後來是先到鳥羽一番街的商場用餐，在經過2樓聯絡道到車站。錦浦樓是一間有歷史的日式旅館，公共設施有著老老的歲月痕跡，房間內有裝潢過，所以還好，下午我去時，只遇到一位工作人員，到房間已經鋪好床。有公共溫泉浴池，算是乾淨、清潔。

駅近で立地はよいが、建物が古いために騒音や汚れが気になった。鍵も旧式なので部屋にいても不安になった。浴場の脱衣所にロッカーがないので、鍵は衣類と一緒にカゴに入れておくだけなのでとても不安で心配だった。

立地やフロントの対応は普通なのだが、客室の状態が悪く、全体的に埃っぽく、ダニが多かった。 リネンの清潔さと客室内装の改善を行えば立地と景観は良いかと思います。

視察を兼ねて訪問、ここは鳥羽の駅からも近く、個人的には気に入っている。 お風呂も近隣の温泉からお湯を持ってきてはいるが、以前より塩素が少しきつく感じたのが、個人的に残念と感じたこと。 電車の音も心地よく、夏には海岸で上がる花火もきれいに見える特等席。（とはいっても食事に出てしまい一度も見れてないけど…） 古い旅館ではあるが、きちんと手は行き届いており、とても満足している。

昔ながらの旅館

いわゆる昔からある旅館で、施設は古く？てトイレ内の壁紙なども剥がれていましたが、トイレはウオッシュレットだったので清潔感は確保されていました。 和室の10畳に一人だったのでのんびり過ごせました。海側に面していたので気持ちよかったです。 大浴場は別館だったので、男湯は一度1階に降り、通路を渡って2階に上がるというように少し面倒でしたが、朝6時に行って一人風呂だったので快適でした。 飛び石連休の月曜日だったからか、近くの飲食店で空いているところが少なかったですね。次回機会があれば、食事付きのプランを試してみようと思います。
