"Stayed 14 nights and when asked for late check out in final day till 1 pm doe to last minute change in hospital admission I had to pay 60.00. Think this very harsh given 14 day stay. Staff were kind and respectful indicating it was OAKS policy. Always try to book at Oaks however this outcome very disappointing for long term stay."
