"Front desk were amazing, Joan in particular. Beds really comfortable and room good size. There is a step up into the shower (about 15cm) which means it's not ideal for tall people or those who struggle with steps. The hot water and pressure were fantastic though."

"Helpful polite service. Staff at breakfast were very obliging. Air conditioning unit was very easy to manage room was neither too hot nor too cold. A pity there was no view except brick wall of another building from the window."
