"Before I get into the review for the resort, let me start by saying that United flights were ridiculously too expensive. They upgraded our room, asking for $200+ more at the check in, just to give us a room with a broken tv, missing robes, facing the crowded pool side, and on the 3rd floor with no elevators. They saw I’m traveling with little kids and strollers but I guess making money was more important to them. Food was absolutely low quality at the resort buffet and so we booked the restaurants. To our surprise the food at some were inedible. The bbq snack bar was the best food you could get. I can say more but let me be brief. In summary I wouldn’t go again at these prices and for this quality, and I don’t appreciate the service staff either. We never felt like we were on an all inclusive hotel. "

"I loved my stay here. I went solo and felt safe the entirety of my stay. The staff was lovely and the entertainment staff made a real effort are making connections with guests and making the experience enjoyable. The bar staff was excellent and drinks were good. The beach was perfect right off the resort. Hibachi restaurant was delicious. My room was very clean and house cleaners came each day. Very pretty resort. I would recommend! "

"The only issue was that they never advertised that it was a wellness hotel. Too boring for me. No music allowed anywhere. "

"If you are young and like Latino music and dance this place is great. If you about lazy and a lot of alcohol, baking food this is great. I personally missed the regular international disco party and dairy variety. Also beach could be more friendly to walk and swim."

"The adult only side was wonderful for a senior lady. Food was good. Short walk to the beach and very close to the pool and buffet. Shuttle service to the reservation restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I never used the Spa but it looked very clean and well staffed. All in all a wonderful vacation."
