- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- Air conditioning in 2 x bedrooms only, plus living room
- PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the Comments section.

Recuperation break
The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything.
It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.

Clean and spacious but a little too far out from town
Great space and layout inside but too far to walk/ride to the beach or main town centre. Located at the back of a dental practice but plenty of parking for tenants. Bring your own hairdryer. Couch was pretty stained and one bedroom needs blinds on the glass as it gets really bright in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. Thanks
