Walk to Main Beach. It is all about location when it comes to the ultimate family holiday, and 18 Church Street offers the best of all worlds. Short walk to everything Yamba has to offer, beaches, river, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues and more. Large enough for the extended family, this home accommodates up to 13 guests comfortably.

Two storey home consists of downstairs section with double garage, kitchen, lounge and sitting area. Two bedrooms both with built-in robes and timber floors. Laundry with additional toilet and shower, plus a deck on this level.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, which is carpeted, with ceiling fan and Queen bed. Separate toilet with basin, bathroom with shower, vanity, and bath. Three additional bedrooms, with carpet, ceiling fans and built-in robes. Tiled entry leads to lounge and dining area, both with ceiling fans. Kitchen with wall oven, double sink, gas cooktop. Enclosed deck area for entertaining in all weather.

Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571 or Coastal Cleaning Services 0459 193 195
We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

Stay at The Perch

The house is well located in Yamba. Easy walk to beach, shops, clubs and pub. Suited our needs, large house, plenty of bedrooms and living areas, ideal for 6 adults and 2 young children. The house itself whilst clean could do with a bit of a refresh.
