"1st, this is an old and poorly maintained house without the old house charm. 2nd, please add a "Can Not accept any guest older than 55 years old. We were almost denied at check-in due to our age. 3rd, Expedia should not outsource the reservation through another 3rd party platform (Ctrip.com). 4th, English communication is challenged. 5th, it is not price competitive.
