Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location.

Nice hotel in the center of the city
The hotel offered free bicycle usage which proved to be very advantageous. The city is way to tour by bicycle.

ホテルの立地は良く、山口県のいくつかの観光スポットにも近く、歩いて行けます。従業員のサービスはとても良く、対応も熱心です。ただし、唯一の欠点は部屋のエアコンの音がとてもうるさいことです。耳栓を持っていかないと眠れません。

設備が古い　トイレの洗浄水の出方が非常に弱い、朝食味噌汁にネギがない。デザートのヨーグルトが無い!😡 無料の貸自転車がホテルにあることの案内が無い!

設備全体が老朽化しています。 ウォシュレットの水も出ません。 また、朝食は和食のみで、しかも、温かいのはごはんとみそ汁だけで、あとは全て冷たいおかずです。

Hotel sehr heruntergekommen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Hatte 26 Grad im Zimmer. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war durch die Lage zur Hauptstraße auch keine gute Alternative.
