"The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. "

"Mark and Jess run an excellent operation. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic. I truly enjoyed having my morning coffee and watching the cruise ships dock. Anything we needed they were extremely helpful. "

"A lot of stairs. Room was not cleaned upon request. Same sheets/towels for 9 days. Had to request toilet paper. Have stayed at several places in the area and I have never rated anything this horrible. Could not wait to leave. Parking was always a challenge. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was special. First day bagel was moldy. Offers bagels muffins jello bananas cranberry juice and coffee. Sometimes cereals. No milk. "
