"We immensely enjoyed our week stay here at this historical home. We canceled our stay at a noisy resort (because of the numerous horrible reviews). Villa Santana is beautifully renovated and decorated; and impeccably clean. The owner, Shannon, was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any inquires we had. It was nice and quiet here, and if we wanted activity, downtown Charlotte Amalie was just a 3 minute walk down the hill. We were very tired after our red eye flight across the country and had a little trouble finding the place. We surely appreciated the personal escort from Shannon up to our place. The secure, gated parking on site was great to have. Great views. Great experience here all around. We would enjoy staying here again! "

We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP."
