It’s was a king sized bed so we thought it will be fine However the mattress well well worn no support. Both off us could not get Comfortable. And the pillows were flat Apart from that great location and lively food and staff"

The property was well equipped, clean with a thorough file on the property and how to use everything available. Dog friendly and being ground floor made access easy. "This property has wonderful views. Comfy beds. The floors and log burner were covered in dust. The quilt cover had no presstuds that actually stuck together so during the night the cover was nearly off the quilt which was quite stained. The glass dinning table was definitely not child friendly very easy to knock into the corners for little ones. Although mentioned in the property description the beam going across the entrance to the top bedroom is not comfortable (realise this is structural but still not ideal). Bath plug very difficult to remove when bath is full, also gruby on tiles beneath radiator in bathroom. So can't deny the views are amazing, but for the price I would definitely expect more in the overall presentation of the place. On first appearance all seems nice but the longer you're there the more faults you notice."

"The holiday home was exactly as described. Lovely view from the balcony, especially on a clear day,the scenery was breathtaking. Close to the town, so you didn't need to be driving.,majority of pubs and restaurants are close buy, all serving excellent food, along with friendly service.. we would definitely go back. The host Sue, was very approachable, nothing was too much trouble ,would highly recommend this property "

"Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water."
