"Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out."

"Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s).
Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided.
The beds were comfy too.
The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could.
No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any."

"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate.
The location is wonderful.
Overall not worth the price.

"Excellent stay, warm welcome, incredibly comfortable room and best night sleep in top quality king-size bed in superior room, good small fridge in wardrobe, powerful hot shower and the best breakfasts ever with incredible amount of choice. Highly recommend. "
"Property was in excellent condition with well equiped kitchen and nicely furnished. Seperate lounge and dining room meant plenty of areas to spread out and have yr own space. Very convenient for Portmerion exploring and a fraction of the price to stay.
My communication rating has nothing to do with our host, but through Expedia/verbo/cottages.com? For some reason all 3 seemed to be involved in my booking which lead to lack of communication prior to arrival but once connected with our host Tina she was excellent. Would highly recommend this property. "
"Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. Overall an excellent place to stay"
"Truly excellent accomodation in Minffordd. Wonderful views of the estuary. Fully firnished with good quality furniture and plenty of crockery. Owner was a delight to meet."
"Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water."
