"Property was in excellent condition with well equiped kitchen and nicely furnished. Seperate lounge and dining room meant plenty of areas to spread out and have yr own space. Very convenient for Portmerion exploring and a fraction of the price to stay. My communication rating has nothing to do with our host, but through Expedia/verbo/cottages.com? For some reason all 3 seemed to be involved in my booking which lead to lack of communication prior to arrival but once connected with our host Tina she was excellent. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate. The location is wonderful. Overall not worth the price. "

"Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water."
