Servicen var i top, gratis tøjvask og især Mandy gjorde en stor forskel – hun hjalp professionelt og venligt med reservationer, taxa og alle andre behov. Hele personalet var utrolig imødekommende. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. "很考究、有品位的高档民宿。位处兴坪古镇和九马画山之间，骑着酒店免费提供的自行车去周围溜达都非常方便。服务非常周到，饭菜美味可口。老板不仅专程到阳朔免费接我们，还让阿姨带我们去菜地里摘菜现炒，请广东来的厨师按照我们的口味特别给我们准备早餐；知道我们喜欢吃饺子，还专门让厨师为我们包了饺子。房间大，阳台的风景超美，如在画中。房间内的家具、床品、毛巾、浴袍和拖鞋都很考究。总之，感到如回家般的温欣。感谢老板，感谢大家！"

"Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Staff speaks good English and rooms are clean. I would recommend this for a serene weekend in Yangshuo immersed in nature and if you want to be away from the hustling and bustling of the city."

"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at."

"The hotel was nested between the Yangshuo mountains, it was a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. During our stay Alice was very helpful with everything, she put a lot of effort to make us feel 100% comfortable and to make sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. She helped us out booking the photographer and the transfers to the railway station and solving all the doubts we had. She also was super nice and friendly, it was a real pleasure talking to her every single time! Thank you so much for making our stay feel the best Alice!"

Yangshuo Fairyland Hotel

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. They have e-bikes which you can rent. One of the staff even came and found me when I got lost!! The property is about 7km from the town but very doable if you take the e-bikes and the hotel provides helmets. The pool is very instagrammable! The views were amazing. They also have local costumes available for dressing up in if that appeals. There are lots of high tech gizmos, including a Japanese style toilet, a movie screen that comes down from the roof and automated curtains. All can be controlled by voice commands (if you speak Chinese)! This was our favourite hotel and we’d love to go back."
