Hotel at a very convenient location, next to bus terminal (RMB5 to HSR station or RMB15 to Yangshuo) and the Xingping old town is after the bus terminal. Very clean and pretty hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms that river facing can see pretty sunrise too! The breakfast corner is a bit small. Some dishes without signages. We also wish to have more food choices. The coffee machine occupies the middle of the walk way. It probably makes more sense shifting to the desert corner or the furthest end. With some pre-brew coffee put at where the machine currently is. Also not many noticed there is the smaller coffee cups and wrongly took the bigger mugs.

For those that are about to book this hotel, please note that this hotel is NOT located in Yangshou, but indeed in another town about 50mins away by taxi, in Xinping Town. Don't get mislead by its location in Hotels.com, as "what's nearby" and the pin on the map are WRONG. if you are intended to book a hotel near the West Street, don't book this location as its actually more than 30km away. However, if you don't mind to stay in Xinping town, this is a very nice hotel. Clean and quite, walkable to all restaurants and other major siteseeing places in XinPing.

Hilton??

Ausstattung modern, grosszügig und hip, aber es ist auf gar kein Fall ein internationales Hotel. An der Rezeption spricht niemand nur ein Wort Englisch! Und das in einem Hilton! Letzte Rettung war Tourorganisatorin Jenny, die Englisch sprach, und mir helfen konnte. Vielen Dank! Zum Frühstück gab es stark eingeschränkte westliche Optionen, aber das in einer minderwertigen Qualität. Abendessenkarte ist sehr knapp und nur chinesisches Essen. Unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Busbahnhof; und da das Hotel offen gebaut ist, dröhnt der Lärm direkt durch die Zimmertür. Alles in allem eine grosse Enttäuschung.
