"The hotel itself is excellent. Staffs are kind and polite. Our room is superb (beds, pillows, bathroom) and we loved that there is free laundry to use here at the hotel. There were only 2 down side to this hotel: 1. WIFI is frustrating. 2. Not many options at the traveler's kitchen. Location is great as the MRT and transit is closeby and everywhere."
