"The hotel was really well located- in front of the Taipei main station, in the same building of the bus terminal going to the airport and having a shopping mall and super market. However, it was quiet inside and not distracted by any noise. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative to help us to enjoy our stay. Our room was spacious and clean too. We enjoyed the breakfast plan, which offered traditional Taiwanese style, western and Japanese in the pleasant atmosphere. This would be one of the memorable scenes in our trip."

"A Great Stay at Two Tails! I had a really nice stay at Two Tails, and the overall experience was great. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest pluses for me was the gym, since I work out daily and appreciate being able to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. The location is especially convenient, situated right above the MRT station, making it easy to get around Taipei. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance, so finding good food is never a problem. Overall, Two Tails offers a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Pros- regular MRT and airport line is right across the street. Spacious family room with in-room laundry facility. There is a supermarket just 2 blocks away which is convenient but only takes credit cards issued from Taiwan. There are quite a few restaurants across the street, however, most of them are Japanese so great for Japanese cuisine lovers. The only male staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Cons- Needs serious improvement on the cleanliness in the room, especially in the bathroom and under the sofa. One of the girls at the front desk seems to have an attitude issue and talks as if you owe her money."
